Jeri Colton, President & Founder

As the founder of the Elsie Cash Yates Foundation, Jeri Colton is the passion behind this project. Jeri has devoted much of her life to raising four children. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Rising Star Outreach, a non-profit providing healthcare and education for the leprosy affected in India. Jeri received a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a Masters from the University of Virginia.

Michael Gavin, Board Member

Michael Gavin has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Injured Workers Pharmacy since 2017. He has extensive experience in the insurance and medical treatment markets. Michael previously served as the President of PRIUM, a medical peer review firm providing services to payers in the workers’ compensation and auto markets. He holds an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, as well as a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from Georgetown University.

Brandon Colton, Executive Director & Board Member

Brandon Colton is an MBA Candidate at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and will work at Boston Consulting Group after graduation. He previously worked as the Operations Manager at Zerorez of Atlanta, the family company his father started in 2002. He also worked as a Technology Advisor at ExxonMobil. He received a B.S. and Masters in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Tiah Smith, Advocacy Director

Tiah Westover has a passion for strategy and impactful communication. She works as the Director of Marketing at Mutual, an online dating company. Prior to that, she built a reputation for leading record-breaking campaigns while working on interactive advertising at The Home Depot. She has a history of building positive media relations and has contributed to public relations campaigns for eHarmony, Popeyes, and other well-renowned companies. Tiah received a B.S. in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
